Tomato Basil Bagel Melt

Serves: 2 halves
- 1 Bagel
- 3oz Cream Cheese - softened
- 6 Large Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1 Tomato
- 2 slices Provolone Cheese
- ¼ tsp Dried Basil
- Preheat Oven to 350
- Slice bagel in half and place on a baking sheet
- Bake for 6 minutes
- Meanwhile, slice tomatoes and rinse and trim basil
- Spread cream cheese on the face of each bagel half
- Arrange basil leaves to cover the face of each bagel half
- Cut tomato slices in half
- Arrange tomatoes to cover the face of each bagel half
- Add a slice of provolone to each bagel half
- Top with dried basil
- Bake for 12 minutes
