It’s that time of year… the shopping frenzy is on. While the focus always seems to be on the gifts under the tree… what about the gifts filling the stockings? I know so many who struggle to find small treasures worthy of a stocking…. let alone finding those treasures worthy of someone with dark taste. Stockings have always been one of my favorite parts of Christmas… both shopping for them and kicking off Christmas morning with them. It’s been a longstanding tradition for my family to go a little crazy with stocking stuffers. I don’t necessarily mean spending tons of money.. I simply mean shopping creatively. So this year, adults in my family, who will be spending Christmas morning together, have decided to adjust our tradition a bit … no gifts under the tree – only stockings! The pressure is on to be creative! Our rules are simple. To qualify as a stocking stuffer, the gift either needs to fit into a stocking or cost under $10. I drew inspiration from this new tradition when creating this list. You’ll find gifts under $10, and others that are simply small in size. I believe the gifts in the stocking should be a healthy mix of funny, unexpected, necessity, and thoughtfulness. Hope you agree! Enjoy the list.
